RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We offer a 14-day return window starting from the date of your purchase receipt. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within this period. Please note that after 14 days, we won't be able to offer a refund or exchange.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for earrings.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch, and any intentional damage to the product prior to return will be charged in full and won't be eligible for return.
We do not accept returns for non-faulty items that have been worn.
You will be responsible for the postage fees when returning the goods unless the item is faulty. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any items lost or damaged during transit. Exchanged items will be dispatched only after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
For international shipments outside Europe, please be aware that customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded.
We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 2 - month warranty for any manufacturing faults.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us shoplovebeth@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue within 2 months of receiving. We'll be happy to assist with a return, replacement, or repair.
INCORRECT ITEMS
We apologise if you've received an incorrect item. In such cases, please contact our customer care team, and we will swiftly arrange a return for you and send you the correct item.
If an item is missing from your order, it may have been out of stock. Please check your emails, including junk folders, for any communication from us regarding this issue. If an item is still missing, kindly reach out to us with the order number and the name of the missing item.
OUR PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE
Our products are crafted with care and delicacy. If you encounter any faults with your purchase, we are happy to repair them on your behalf. Please email us an image of the damaged piece at shoplovebeth@gmail.com.

Please note that manufacturing faults do not include chipped, cracked, or broken pearls, or gemstones, general wear and tear, items bent out of shape, twisted or snapped, oxidised items, or fading plating.

Returning a Gift?
We’re happy to help.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the gift. To locate the order, we’ll need the gifter’s name, or ideally their order number, email, or phone number.
We can offer an exchange for another item (excluding earrings).
Repairs
Accidents happen - we’re here to help. Damage due to wear and tear or accidents, a small fee may apply to cover materials, labour + post.
Repairs typically take 2-3 weeks to process and may take up to 4 weeks to complete.
