How will my order be packaged?
Each piece of jewellery will arrive beautifully packaged. We include a handmade linen bag for storage with each order. Wrapped in tissue paper and finished with a ribbon bow, our packaging is simple, clean and gorgeous.
What does gold filled mean?
Gold filled jewellery is a durable and high-quality alternative to traditional fine gold items. We predominantly use gold filled jewellery containing 5% of 14kt pure gold that is bonded to an inner base metal core. This bonding process involves pressure and extreme heat, resulting in a complex and high-quality gold filled item.
Gold filled jewellery differs from gold plated jewellery, which is often confused with it. Due to the thin gold layer, gold plated jewellery can tarnish and flake off more easily. Additionally, the gold plating process is less complex making it a generally less expensive option compared to gold filled jewellery.
With proper care gold filled jewellery can last for many years and is not prone to tarnishing easily. We provides a guide on how to care for your jewellery to ensure its longevity.

What is your return policy?
We require a returns request be made within 48-hours of receiving your pieces. After this request is made you have 14 days for the pieces to be sent by you and received by us. To find out more, go to our return T&Cs.
