SHIPPING 

Please allow 10 working days for your item to be shipped. Each piece is handmade and beautifully packaged. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

Shipping Rates:

Republic Of Ireland - €7 with tracking - please allow 2-4 working days for goods to arrive once shipped - Free Shipping over €150

U.K & Northern Ireland - €12 - please allow 7 - 10 working days once shipped for goods to arrive  - Free Shipping over €150

Europe - €16 - please allow 5-7 working days for goods to arrive once shipped - Free Shipping over €150

Rest Of The World - €30 - please allow 7-10 working days for good to arrive once shipped - Free Shipping over €200

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 48-hour return window from the date your order is delivered. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may request a return within this timeframe.

Please note that returned items must be sent and received by us within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging.

All pieces are carefully inspected before dispatch. Any intentional damage or signs of wear to returned items will not be eligible for refund and may be returned to the customer.

We do not accept returns on non-faulty items that have been worn.

Original postage costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

**Deliveries outside of the EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes which must be paid by the receiver. LoveBeth is not responsible for these charges.**

 

Please note, you will be responsible for the postage fees when returning the goods unless the item is faulty. 

We cannot be held liable for any items lost or damaged during transit. Exchanged items will be dispatched only after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.

For international shipments outside Europe, please be aware that customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded.

INCORRECT ITEMS

We apologise if you've received an incorrect item. In such cases, please contact our customer care team, and we will swiftly arrange a return for you and send you the correct item.

If an item is missing from your order, it may have been out of stock. Please check your emails, including junk folders, for any communication from us regarding this issue. If an item is still missing, kindly reach out to us with the order number and the name of the missing item.

OUR PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE

Our products are crafted with care and delicacy.

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 2 month warranty for any manufacturing faults.

If you encounter any faults with your purchase, we are happy to repair them on our behalf. Please email us an image of the damaged piece at shoplovebeth@gmail.com.

To ensure the longevity of your jewellery, please follow our care guide.

Please note that manufacturing faults do not include chipped, cracked, or broken pearls, beads, or crystals, general wear and tear, items bent out of shape, twisted or snapped, oxidised items, or fading plating.

REPAIRS

For damage due to wear and tear or accidents, a small fee will apply to cover materials and labour.

Repairs typically take 1 to 2 weeks.

 We are a small business currently operating on a small scale so please keep this in mind.
