What's Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
• Loss or theft
• Tarnishing due to exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or water

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect within the 2-month warranty period, please contact us at hello@lovebeth.ie with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the defect

We will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days with next steps.

Care Tips
